3/1007. TO DISCUSS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE RESIGNATION FROM GEMMA BLAGG FROM THE ROLE OF ASSISTANT CLERK.

4/1007. TO DISCUSS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON FUTURE STAFFING NEEDS.

These two items were discussed together.

There was discussion about Gemma’s resignation and how sorry we are to see her go as she done a fantastic job for the Parish Council. Gemma leaves 28th July.

This means we need to look at future staffing options. A number of these were discussed, including a possible Events Officer role.

RECOMMEND: Discussion at Full Council Meeting on 15th July on how we take this forward. Consider if this discussion should be done confidentially.
