3/0609. THE CHAIRPERSON TO OPENED THE MEETING AND GIVE A BRIED DESCRIPTION OF WHAT THE MEETING IS FOR -

The Chair opened the meeting and gave a history of the Town Hall and its ownership from 2009 till the present day. She gave a brief overview of the current agreement and the clauses within it. She spoke about the Parish Councils public consultation and the council’s current financial position along with the maintenance costs required for the Town Hall.
