Additional Meeting Agenda 8 September 2025

At the request of the Council’s Chairperson, Cllr McGuinness, you are hereby summoned to attend an additional meeting of the Full Council which will be held on Monday, 08 September commencing at 6.30pm at Warsop Town Hall.

Public Forum: to receive questions and comments from residents of the village on any matter relating to items on this agenda. (15 minutes maximum)

2025-66 To note apologies for absence.

2025-67 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and consider any dispensation requests received by the Clerk

2025-68 To consider if any items on the agenda require the exclusion of public and press under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 during the consideration of items of business as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

2025-69 To receive and consider the recommendations of the interview panel for the post of Proper Officer and RFO. – to be tabled

2025-70 To receive and consider the recommendations of the interview panel for the post of Events & Liaison Co-ordinator. – to be tabled

2025-71 To consider extending the Locum Clerk’s temporary contract beyond 12 September 2025.

2025-72 To consider a Stage 1 consultation reply on behalf of the parish council regarding BURNS LANE, WARSOP – PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF DRIVING (TRO 2285)

2025-73 To note the date and time of the next scheduled Full Council meeting on 15 September 2025.
