RECOMMEND: The council elect a new member to the F&GP working party and remove Cllr S. Moody due to other commitments.

Cllr Kerr declared an interest in item 8.
776. S137 Warsop in Bloom
Warsop in Bloom applied for Section 137 funding (£500) to help with their event at Warsop Carnival.
RECOMMEND: To agree to fund Warsop in Bloom £500 to help towards their event.
777. S137 Jigsaw
Jigsaw applied for Section 137 funding (£9200) to provide activities at George Shooter Court (Warsop) and Melville Court (Meden Vale) for people over 50.
RECOMMEND: To decline funding Jigsaw due to them not having any other funds for this project, they don’t have any other funding sources and the amount they require does not have a commensurate benefit.
778. Warsop Market
A meeting had been held on 6th June 2018 with market traders, Stuart Whittle and the Parish Council. Members discussed how to move forward with Warsop’s market. There is £200 in the market account and all bills are paid up until the end of June.
RECOMMEND: Cllr Kerr to retrieve a full bank statement going back 2 years if possible from Lloyds. The Council also agree to pay Julys bills for the market to allow time for the bank statements to be reviewed.
779. IT Support Agreement
Members viewed a temporary IT support agreement and a confidentiality policy.
RECOMMEND: To agree the IT support agreement and confidentiality policy.
CONFIDENTIAL ITEMS: Exclusion of Public:
In accordance with Public Bodies (admission to meetings) Act 1960 section 1 (2) the Council exclude the public and press from the meeting by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
