Warsop Town Hall

The Town Hall houses a number of services if it wasn’t for the Parish Council purchasing the building these services would be lost.

The Clerk to the Parish Council, has an office which is open every day Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm.

Reception and sign posting service available Fridays 9-12 as well as 9-3 Mon-Thurs..

Infotech - every day various hours, adult courses both I.T. and non-I.T this is run totally by volunteers and supported by the Parish Council.

Big Warsop - every Monday 9am-3pm.

Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB) - every Tuesday 9am-1pm (part funded by Parish Council).

Mansfield District Housing Surgery - Every other Wednesday 9.30am-12noon (The Parish Council fought to keep this service when the offices closed in Warsop).

Warsop Police Team - as and when. Yellow phone outside. (The Parish Council fought to keep a Police presence in Warsop when the Police Station closed)

The Parish Council employs Gemma Blagg assistant to clerk, Michelle Ward and Lisa Hall on reception. All can be contacted on 01623 845858.

Drop in surgeries are held every week between 10.00am and 1.00pm on Thursdays at Warsop Town Hall.

Appointment only Surgeries at Warsop Town Hall.
Please call the Mansfield Office to book an appointment.
You can call to book an appointment outside of surgery hours.

Notice of 1 Vacancy in Office of Councillors to be Co-Opted

Parish of Warsop (1 in Warsop Carrs Ward)

Notice is Hereby Given

Pursuant to section 87 (2) of the Local Government Act 1972, 1 vacancy now exists in the office of Councillor for the said Parish Council. As an election has not been called, the position will be filled by Co-option.

Applicants must live or work and must register their interest in writing with the Clerk on or before Wednesday 12th December, stating why they wish to become a Parish Councillor and what skills they can bring to serve the community.
